Hi Everyone,
Sorry it has been so long since I have posted we have had such a fun summer!
First we went with the family to Bear lake, then we went to flaming gorge with Mike, Donna & Warrens and Holli's family. We followed that up with a trip back to the gorge with our friends the Jordan's. All of the pictures are below needless to say we have had a great time! The kids just started back to school and I am so happy, Lexi is in 4th grade and Rex is in 2nd and they both love their teachers, I will try to keep more current but until next time enjoy the pictures and have a great month....

Hi Everyone,
We hope that everyone had a great 4Th of July it is such a great time to remember all of the people that have done so much for our country and we want to thank all of the military that have made so many things possible for all of us, we salute you. We had such a great holiday we were able to go swimming and have fun with our friends, Ernie also was able to play with fireworks we loved it. We will be going to Bear lake this week for a family reunion and are looking forward to it. Ernie will also be turning 34 on the 23 of July we wish him a great birthday and will put new pictures on then.

Hi Everyone,
We just celebrated Rex's 7th Birthday on the 19th of June, We had so much fun we were able to have a water fight and play. We also just got back from Vernal and had so much fun also Ernie shot his first ever 100 straight we are so proud of him! We are looking forward to a great summer where we hope to do a lot of camping and playing below are some pictures from Rex's birthday enjoy, we would also like to wish all of the Fathers out thier a Happy Fathers day and to let all of you know that we all appreciate all that you do for your familys!! Hi Everyone,
It has been a great start to summer for our family, as you know we are doing a family garden
it is growing great we already have radishes and the potatos and corn are doing well also. The kids will get out of school on friday the 5th and can not wait ( Mom can!!!), We have planed to go camping a lot this year and we just bought a new travel trailer. We also are excited to be going to vernal for a shoot this next week so keep you fingers crossed that Ernie and I shoot good. Lexi and Rex have also been doing great in Baseball and Tae-Kwan-Do, they bolth want to take swim lessons again this year with everythin going on we will have to see if we can find a free night. Spring!!!

Hi Everyone,
We have had such a fun spring, since I talked to you last we have done so much we have been working on planting a family garden and everyone got involved so far we are planting potato's I never realized where the seeds come from, their is a slide show below to show you. We also went to the zoo it is one of our family's favorite things to do their are also some fun pictures of it below. For those of you that have not herd Rex fell off the monkey bars at school and broke his tail bone in three places he is doing better now and is even back at school, however he has to carry a pillow around to sit on. Hi Everyone,
We hope that everyone had a great Easter, we had so much fun below I have pictures from the different egg hunts that we went to also some of the family playing volleyball,we made cup cakes and dyed eggs it seemed to be a busy week we had a wedding to go to a shoot, all of the family from California here witch we loved as well as Easter and spring break, luckily we all survived! Well I hope that everyone had a great St. Patrick's day, and did not get pinched too much. We have been busy I am in charge of the West Bountiful Tee ball league, it has been crazy also Lexi and Rex both play and can hardly wait to start. They have been doing great and are so excited they will be testing for their yellow belts soon and love going to class, so all in all we have been busy every night! It has been a while since I have wrote, we have done so much lately the kids and I just went to the Disney on Ice and had so much fun, There are some fun photo's below. Hi everyone

We have had a great week the kids are doing great at tae-kwan do and cant wait to go each week, we have also been lucky to meet up with some old friends and have had a blast we were able to go trapshooting with them, on another note my mother had a heart attack and a stroke but she is doing great now and they beleive that she will make a full recovery. I on the other hand have got into one of my moods and cut off all of my hair and now have it short I also thought that my cat would look great as a lion so I cut her hair too she loved it and thought that I was brushing her, so all and all this week has turned out good we hope that you have a good week and will talk to you soon.

Hi Everyone,
We had a great week, Ernie had his surgery and is doing great and hopefully this will help him to feel better. I had my Birthday on Friday the 13th and it was great we had so much fun, we sang karaoke, it was kind of scary hearing all of us sing but we had a blast the kids even got involved, we also had a Mexican pot luck and had so much food, we finished of the night with a cake that I made with chocolate dipped strawberries, I feel so lucky to have such good friends! Well we hope that everyone had a great week, as for us we were able to go to the concrete convention in Las Vegas and we had a blast! Hi everyone we hope you had a great weekend, this last Saturday was Donna's birthday we hope she had a great day. We like millions of other people watched the super bowl and thought it was a good game however we were disappointed in the commercials, to us the best one was the horse fetching. Ernie and I along with Holli and warren will be going to Vegas on Wensday and can hardly wait (good luck Donna and Mike) we are very lucky to have grandparents that will babysit!
Today is ground hogs day, I am hoping that spring will come soon, so until next time.

Ice Skating & Bowling

Hi Everyone
We hope that everyone has had a great week, ours has been busy on Saturday we were able to go as a family Ice skating, Rex loved it and was really good same with Ernie, Lexi did good too, I did not do as good and soon found out that I could not Ice skate! Rex lapped me. Later that night Ernie and I were able to go bowling with some friends and had so much fun, the girls kicked the boy's butts it was great and we can not wait to do it again. I want to remind everyone that it is Donna Youngberg's Birthday on Saturday, I will get some pictures for everyone also enjoy the super bowl and have a great week until next time.

Our New President!

This year has been very interesting I am trying to teach my children about the historical event that will take place tomorrow 01/20/2009 when we as Americans will get a new president, they are learning about it a lot in school and are very interested. I as a parent am not sure what to tell them with the economy the way it is it could be good or bad, they ask me if it matters that our president is black I have told them that is does not matter what color you are and that it is one of the reasons why it is historical, we as a family will be watching the inauguration on TV tomorrow and will remember that we watched history happen. Hi Everyone

We just celebrated Lexi's 9th birthday I can not believe how fast it has gone by it seems like she was just born, she had such a great birthday, we had a party at Donna's and Mike's and one with her friends, I don't know if I will do that again we sent out 9 invitations and had 26 kids show up I was the only adult for more than 1/2 the party, my friend kody came to help and shortly after Ernie got home needless to say it was a mad house, but she had a great day you can see her party in the pictures below we made pizza'a and had bingo games and luckley at the end played telephone I think that was as quiet as it got. Happy New Year's
We Have been so busy, Today is Lexi's Birthday I can not believe that she is 9 it has gone by too fast! We had so much fun on New Years, we had Barbra and Boyd came to Utah along with Jamie and her fiance and her kids, we all went to Donna and Mikes house and had a party we were also able to go sledding and everyone had a blast. Merry Christmas from the Youngbergs
Hi Everyone we hope that you all had a great Christmas, Santa came to our house and made the kids so happy they both got a D.S. and if we would have known how quiet they make the kids I am sure that Santa would have got them sooner, ha ha well this has been a fun week the guys have had time off and as a family we were all able to go over to the lots and go sledding and tubing we had so much fun and no one got hurt even baby mac got to ride we cant wait to go again the Pictures are below, we also went over to Ernie's aunt Judy for a party and had a blast I was able to see my family and Love the holidays, Until next time have a great new year and be safe. Hi Everyone Merry Christmas

We hope that everyone has had fun shopping and being around their family's,

We have been really busy this last week Lexi and Rex both passed their

Tae kwan do tests and are now high white belts and we are so proud of

them and can not wait until the next class starts. As as family all of the

Youngberg's were able to go to the Lyons club Christmas party and

had a special guest the kids were able to tell Santa what they wanted

and have fun visiting with everyone, we were also able to go and see my dad

and step mom we had so much fun watching them open their gifts and

watching my step mom hide from the camera, well time to wrap some

Fun in the snow

Hi Everyone
Here are some picture's of the family playing in the snow today we had so much fun! The cat even enjoyed it ha ha, well we have been so busy lately it has been crazy, Lexi and Rex will test for there high white belt in tae kwon do on Tuesday and have been working hard. I had the honor of going and helping the jazz bear on Saturday and was able to take a child shopping for Christmas her name was Miranda and she really made me remember the meaning of Christmas, she was given $90 to buy what ever she wanted and she told me first she had to buy for her mom, dad, and her brother and if anything was left she would get something for her self, she is only 7 years old, that is something that I will never forget we were also able to meet the dancers from high school musical I can not wait to do it again next year below their is two different slide shows one of our family in the snow and one Saturday enjoy and until next time let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Hi Everyone,
Well it is that time of year where you listen to Christmas music, spend time with your family and really start to appreciate everything that is dear to you. This week we put up our Christmas tree and had a blast watching our cat princess she thinks that the tree belongs to her, we also were able to go out on the lake in Ernie's duck boat and try to hunt, we did not get any but we had fun trying. I was brave this year and once again went out on black friday and am happy to say that I did not get hurt with all those crazy people out there I am also starting to think that online shopping that day might just be the way to go. I am excited to say that the Youngberg family is going to get pictures done this next week if we can get Mike, Ernie, Tom and warren to come, we will get out christmas cards out to everyone. Ernie was able to hang up Mikes and Warrens elk at the shop and they look great, I cant wait to get some more animals done!

Turkey Shoot

Hi Everyone
We Just finished the Turkey shoot and as a family had so much fun we were there on Friday threw Sunday and I can tell you this we were so tired by the time it was done, Mike, Ernie and I worked the whole time on trap 5, witch I am proud to say made the most money out of all of the trap houses, where the proceeds will go to help the blind we also were able to bring home a few turkeys, Our family looks forward to this every year and all of us go, Lexi was able to help work this year and did a great job at the splatter board and Rex helped where ever he was needed, all in all we cant wait for next year, However none of us could of done this without Donna's help with the kids we don't know what we would do with out her!

Halloween

We hope that everyone had a great Halloween we sure did Ernie and I both dressed up he was a court jester and I was a Masquerade girl we had so much fun, the kids trick or treated all over the neighborhood and we even got to go to the page party and had a blast, we took our neighbor Kaylin with us she is a good friend. the kids enjoyed going to the school parade and singing for the school, they did great singing the purple people eater. We also have more pictures of them in karate they love it and are getting better every day, their are also some new pictures of the elk I have been working on. Hi Everyone
Well we have had one crazy week, first Lexi broke her first Bord in Karate she is so excited, Rex is almost there maybe this week but we are still proud, we also carved pumpkins and they turned out great, Ernie helped me to get my pumpkins set up we still need to put up about 25 more but they are looking awesome, on SSaturday we went to the boo zoo and had so much fun their were so many people and the kids got to go trick or treating they can hardly wait until Friday, we will get more pictures and cant wait to see what this week has in store.

Hi Everyone!
Well we went to the Packs Pumpkin Patch last night and had a blast the kids were able to pick out their own pumpkins and can hardley wait to carve them, even Ernie picked out a pumpkin and is getting exicited. We will be sure to show you how they turn out, Also Ernie is so excited that duck hunting season is finally here and cant wait to get some pictures he also drew out for a swan so keep your fingers crossed. Hi everyone well we can hardley wait until Halloween the kids are so excited lexi is going to be like a masqurade queen and rex is going to be bumble bee and yes Ernie and I are going to dress up again this year Ernie is going as a court jester and I am going as a masqurade girl as well, we have been having so much fun this year doing diffrent things I have been busy cutting pumpkins again and have learned to do the 3D ones this year I have also learned taxedermy I have been doing a Elk for bolth Mike and Warren for Christmas this year and couldnt wait to show then so I showed them, Ernie has also done some on his deer and it looks great, Ernie also went with his dad and some friends to canada for a goose hunt and had a blast, we have been shooting a lot this year and Ernie took 5 in the Western United States for Trapshooting we are waiting to see if I made the Utah state team so keep your fingers crossed, this year I had Back surgery it has made me quit doing concrete but I have been doing great, we hope that everyone has a great Halloween buy until next time.
